Since we often include transfer of copyrights on our logo design estimates, we get a lot of questions about copyright: what is fair use, what is public domain, and why do we refuse to do work made for hire. A good resource is the Copyright Law Explained resource on the Copyright Alliance’s website. (Need more information? We can recommend a good IP lawyer!)
